Amanda Paolicelli:

What's up, radiant icons, and welcome back to

2

:

Dare to be Iconic, the podcast made

for icons daring to be themselves.

3

:

I'm your host, Amanda Paolicelli

and today we are doing our first

4

:

ever Q& A about my trip to Spain.

5

:

But before we do that, if you

guys haven't already, I dare you

6

:

to connect with me on socials.

7

:

And if you haven't, make sure to grab

your copy of break up with the past, fall

8

:

in love with the future, your five step

guide in turning your pain into power.

9

:

And all that information can be

found in the show notes below.

10

:

I have been wanting to do a Q& A

session for a while on the podcast

11

:

and I am so excited it's finally

here and you guys delivered.

12

:

So let's get into it.

13

:

Are you ready radiant icons?

14

:

Because your tea time

sesh is starting now.

15

:

The question that everyone has been

asking me since the last episode.

16

:

How close was I to Lando Norris?

17

:

Well, I'm so sorry to report everyone.

18

:

I was not that close to Lando.

19

:

I, let's share this story, shall we?

20

:

So I know I kept saying that I've

only laid eyes on Lando for 0.

21

:

2 seconds, and that is

very, very accurate.

22

:

So we were at the fan stage on Friday

because that was the day McLaren was

23

:

coming out with V Carb and everyone

in my group, they all knew, um,

24

:

a huge Lando Norris girl and they

were like, you are also very short.

25

:

You need to be somewhat near the front.

26

:

And we had.

27

:

Very tall people in front of us.

28

:

So I asked one of the guys in

front of me, I was like, would

29

:

it be okay if I swish with you?

30

:

Because again, he's like a foot

taller than me, so he can still

31

:

see if I went in front of him.

32

:

I was like, is it okay like if I

go in front of you just for Lando?

33

:

Like, blah blah blah.

34

:

And he was like, oh yeah,

yeah, yeah, of course.

35

:

He lets me go in front of him,

and then I'm confronted by

36

:

two other tall men in white.

37

:

And if you guys saw my TikTok, I

complained about two guys in particular

38

:

pushing me, like, getting in my way.

39

:

It was them.

40

:

It was the two men in white

that saw me in my Lando Norris

41

:

gear that did not give a shit.

42

:

They were so rude.

43

:

They were like stepping

on me, pushing on me.

44

:

I was like, oh no, this cannot happen.

45

:

Lando was about to come out.

46

:

You need to not right now.

47

:

So I literally went excuse

me when Lando comes out.

48

:

I'm putting my phone in the middle.

49

:

Just for Lando.

50

:

I just need to see Lando.

51

:

Everyone after that,

I will not bother you.

52

:

I will be back with my friends.

53

:

But for Lando, I'm putting

my phone in the middle.

54

:

Is that okay?

55

:

And I wasn't asking them.

56

:

I was telling them.

57

:

And they were like, oh yeah, yeah,

yeah, no problem, no problem.

58

:

Don't worry.

59

:

You would think they would

like, oh, maybe we shouldn't

60

:

push and like, Get in her view.

61

:

Oh, no.

62

:

No, no, no, no, no, no.

63

:

They did, but that's not the

worst part of this story.

64

:

Lando Norris comes out.

65

:

I see him for 0.

66

:

2 seconds.

67

:

My hand is like shaking.

68

:

I'm like, I want to say like fifth row.

69

:

? And I'm like, this is a perfect view.

70

:

I didn't get to see his

full face yet, right?

71

:

I only saw his side profile.

72

:

I'm like, oh my god.

73

:

He is about to turn to face where I'm at.

74

:

And the McLaren social media person,

I shit you not, pops a squad off the

75

:

stage, right in my direct view of Lando.

76

:

So I could see Oscar, I could see

Yuki, and I could see Danny Rick.

77

:

I could not see Lando, and I was

like, you have to be kidding me.

78

:

In my mind, I'm like my friends

are probably thinking I'm

79

:

getting the best view and that

I'm dying, this and that, aww.

80

:

I did get to see Lando for a little

bit more when he got to the front

81

:

of the stage to grab stuff that

people were throwing on the stage

82

:

and take pictures and all of that.

83

:

But again, that was very, very

short lived, so that's why I say

84

:

2 seconds, because that was the

only other chance, because we all

85

:

know how the pit lane walk went.

86

:

The pit lane walk was not successful

whatsoever, because I was just there

87

:

in my Lando Norris corset with my two

friendship bracelets in front of Lando's

88

:

garage, waiting for him to come out.

89

:

I was just a girl, just a girl

with a dream, and that dream did

90

:

not get fulfilled that day.

91

:

But it's, it's fine.

92

:

It will happen when it's meant

to, like I said last episode.

93

:

But I was like, okay,

Friday I get to see him.

94

:

We saw him for 0.

95

:

2 seconds, everyone, but that's okay.

96

:

That is okay.

97

:

That is as close as I got to Lando.

98

:

I think, after that on Saturday for

qualifying, when he was on pole, and

99

:

he like, came around, I think in my

delusional brain, that since I was in the

100

:

Max Verstappen section, and I was the

only girl with Lando Norris merch, like

101

:

a walking billboard, that I am for him.

102

:

He had like, turned the corner,

because We were in Grandstand G, so

103

:

we were right where turn 12 or 13

was, and so when he turned the corner,

104

:

I think he saw me and he started

waving, because I was yelling like a

105

:

lunatic, being like, Yeah, let's go!

106

:

And like, waving at him.

107

:

So I think he waved back,

because he started waving at that

108

:

exact moment when I was waving.

109

:

I'm just saying.

110

:

I think that's what happened.

111

:

But yeah, that's as close as I was

to Lando Norris this time around.

112

:

Next time we'll be meeting

him, everyone, okay?

113

:

I'm putting that out into the universe

even more now than ever before.

114

:

How is it traveling alone

without your parents?

115

:

Now, as you guys know, my trip

to Spain was not only my first

116

:

international trip, but it was

my first trip without my parents.

117

:

And, oh my god, did I

learn so much about myself.

118

:

Remember that hyper independence

that I spoke about maybe two

119

:

episodes ago before I went to Spain.

120

:

I definitely gained it

while I was on that trip.

121

:

Yes, there were times where like, oh my

god I need to call my parents because I

122

:

don't know what to do because in my mind

I still think of myself as a teenage girl.

123

:

I don't think of myself as a 25 year

old trying to figure her life out.

124

:

I saw throughout the trip me slowly

building this hyper independence And

125

:

really figuring stuff out for myself.

126

:

So in Madrid, the second

night we were there, Danny and

127

:

I got locked out of our hotel.

128

:

We didn't know that they locked

the doors of the hotel and that

129

:

you have to press a button.

130

:

No one told us that.

131

:

And we got home around like 1am

Spain time, so not too late.

132

:

But there was no one at the front desk.

133

:

We didn't have an emergency number.

134

:

Anything like that.

135

:

So we were freaking out

and we had a great night.

136

:

Like, let me tell you, like

we were arm in arm, giggling,

137

:

all the way back to our hotel.

138

:

We opened the door, we don't see anyone

at the front desk and it's locked.

139

:

And we're like, what the heck?

140

:

I'm looking around like we're

two young girls locked out of

141

:

our hotel in a foreign country.

142

:

Like I can't just call my dad.

143

:

But the first thing I thought of was

I need to call my dad not let's call

144

:

the police or something like let's

call my Dad, and I was like, what

145

:

would he have done in that moment?

146

:

He couldn't do anything.

147

:

He was x amount of miles away from me

But the first thing I thought of was we

148

:

need to get safe We need to not look like

targets and two I need to call my dad

149

:

But as we kept moving on in the trip.

150

:

I slowly was leaning off That

security blanket of calling

151

:

my parents for x, y, and z.

152

:

A great example was when Danny

and I got stranded in Barcelona.

153

:

So from the circuit after the pit

lane walk, getting to Barcelona.

154

:

If you guys did not listen to

the story in the last episode,

155

:

you need to listen to it.

156

:

Pause this episode and go back

to that because, oh my god,

157

:

what a shit show that was.

158

:

Bye!

159

:

My first instinct was

not to call my parents.

160

:

It was to figure it out myself with

Danny and see how we can get home.

161

:

Not let me call my mom and

see if she can help me out.

162

:

Even though my mom probably

would have liked me to.

163

:

And she'd said that on the phone later

on when I told her about everything.

164

:

But my first instinct was completely

different from that second night in

165

:

Madrid when I was locked out of my

hotel to automatically call my dad.

166

:

Right.

167

:

So I think.

168

:

Throughout the trip, it was a

really great experience for me to

169

:

learn about that hyperdependence

that I was craving to learn about.

170

:

before I went on this trip.

171

:

So I'm very happy to report that.

172

:

I definitely think I gained it and I think

it was the most beautiful experience.

173

:

I think everyone needs to at least try

to experience that once in their life

174

:

maybe not to the extreme of you know

going to another country, but you know,

175

:

it's something so truly magical about

being by yourself away from your parental

176

:

figures and just figuring out life.

177

:

I think it's something everyone needs

to experience and I am craving it

178

:

more now than ever to do it again.

179

:

Going to the Spanish Grand Prix,

did you level up your fangirl?

180

:

If so, how?

181

:

Okay.

182

:

Did I level up my fangirl?

183

:

Yes, a thousand percent.

184

:

I took my duties as a professional

fangirl very seriously.

185

:

I decided to show up and show out

because I expect nothing less of myself.

186

:

I was a walking billboard again for

Lando Norris and I have no no regrets.

187

:

Absolutely none.

188

:

And I enjoyed myself and I

stayed true to who I was.

189

:

And I think that's very important

because I think a lot of people will go

190

:

into these situations of not even just

attending a Grand Prix, but attending

191

:

events where there's a lot of people

around and they make it self conscious

192

:

about expressing how they feel Loud

and proud and just being who they are.

193

:

I didn't give a shit.

194

:

I think that's the beautiful thing of

getting to this point in my life Is

195

:

truly knowing who I am and loving who

I am and accepting it and not caring

196

:

what other people think about me.

197

:

So on saturday and sunday when I was

living it up and dj before qualifying

198

:

and before the race You I didn't care

that the people behind me were giving

199

:

me the dirtiest looks in the world.

200

:

I was enjoying my life, I was

living my life, and I was providing

201

:

free entertainment, so you

should be thankful, but anyway.

202

:

Anyway, my point is, I was able to connect

with so many amazing people while I was

203

:

at the Spanish Grand Prix by staying

true to who I am, which is a professional

204

:

fangirl, and being unapologetic about it.

205

:

I think if this was Amanda two years

ago, I would not have embraced every

206

:

aspect of who I was so publicly.

207

:

And I would not have enjoyed it because

I would have been so self conscious about

208

:

how I was being perceived by other people.

209

:

And I think what's so beautiful about

it is not only seeing the growth that

210

:

I've had in myself and accepting who

I am, but being in a point where

211

:

it's so freeing to be who I am and not

caring what other people are doing.

212

:

I'm being who I am, and if you don't

like me, that's your problem, not mine.

213

:

I think coming out of the Spanish Grand

Prix, it's really given me this new

214

:

appreciation for the sport and this new

appreciation for the community that I've

215

:

become part of within these last couple of

months, because the F1 fangirl community.

216

:

We get a bad rap.

217

:

People think we are only here

because the drivers are hot.

218

:

And that's simply not true.

219

:

We enjoy the sport.

220

:

We love it and we create

lifelong memories.

221

:

I'm, so sorry that we make

it more fun for everyone.

222

:

That's just the reality.

223

:

The fangirls are the

people bringing the energy.

224

:

We bring this new fresh perspective to it.

225

:

And I don't think there's

anything wrong with loving

226

:

what you love unapologetically.

227

:

I think Coming out of the Grand

Prix, it's definitely given me a new

228

:

appreciation for the community that

I'm a part of and for the sport.

229

:

I'm really excited to go back.

230

:

I'm already planning another

trip, so stay tuned, you guys.

231

:

And speaking of being a fangirl, by the

time this airs, This will already be

232

:

announced, so I will be furthering this

conversation not only on next week's

233

:

podcast episode with the founder of F1

Girlies Magazine, Ella, but you can read

234

:

all about it in the July issue of F1

Girlies Magazine because yours truly,

235

:

I know.

236

:

So exciting.

237

:

Little baby Amanda is screaming.

238

:

I am so, so excited to continue

this conversation about daring

239

:

to embrace your inner fangirl.

240

:

So make sure to read the July issue of

F1 Girlies magazine coming out on July

241

:

15th, and to tune into my episode with the

founder of F1 Girlies, Ella, on July 17th.

242

:

Next question.

243

:

Would you go back to Spain again?

244

:

The short answer, yes, absolutely.

245

:

I would definitely go

back to Madrid again.

246

:

I loved Madrid.

247

:

It was probably one of my favorite

places we went to in Spain.

248

:

Barcelona, I would go back again,

but solely for like the tourist

249

:

stuff that Danny and I weren't

able to experience because the

250

:

majority of the trip was F1 related.

251

:

I thought originally going on this

trip that, oh my god, it's gonna

252

:

be such a big culture shock, and

everything's gonna be so different

253

:

there, this and that, but really, in

the grand scheme of things, we all are

254

:

more similar than we are different.

255

:

It's really put in perspective a

lot of things for me so I definitely

256

:

would go back and I definitely have

a different mindset on the world now

257

:

.

What was your favorite part of your trip?

258

:

My favorite part of my trip apart

from the Grand Prix adventures

259

:

would be the Flamenco show that Dani

and I went to on our first night.

260

:

Now, we booked this experience through

Airbnb and it was absolutely amazing.

261

:

If you go to Spain anytime

in your lifetime, you have

262

:

to go to a Flamenco show.

263

:

It was so cool to be immersed firsthand

in Spain's culture and being able to

264

:

see it like live in front of you in

such an intimate setting, because the

265

:

experience that we were in, they had us

go down to like, How do I explain it?

266

:

It was like a cave theater.

267

:

Like we were, we were kind of like

locked up in a cave, sitting front

268

:

row, drinking sangria, watching

this amazing flamenco show.

269

:

And there was about five

musicians and three performers.

270

:

Everyone is just so talented and

you were able to truly feel all the

271

:

emotion from the dancers and the music.

272

:

And it was just such a cool,

immersive experience that I

273

:

definitely will never forget.

274

:

And it was definitely the highlight of

my Spain trip, apart from the Grand Prix.

275

:

Any Spain love stories?

276

:

Any Spain crush?

277

:

Guys, I'm so sorry to report there

was no update on my love life.

278

:

I am not dating, I'm not

going to date anytime soon.

279

:

The easy answer to this

question would be Lando Norris.

280

:

Lando Norris is my everyday crush.

281

:

There is one other guy that

I met briefly in Spain, but

282

:

that is for me, myself, and I.

283

:

The easy answer here,

I'm saying Lando Norris.

284

:

Did you try some Spanish traditional food?

285

:

If yes, which one was your favorite?

286

:

So Dani and I ate our way through

Madrid and Barcelona, and I am

287

:

a very happy girl because of it.

288

:

So if you guys don't know, I

have a severe peanut allergy.

289

:

Traveling the first time without my

parents, With having a severe food

290

:

allergy is definitely just an interesting

experience in itself And I can talk

291

:

about food allergies until I'm blue

in the face, but there's so much food

292

:

allergy anxiety And I definitely had it

going into Spain because I really wasn't

293

:

sure Like how everything was gonna go

like you do your research But like when

294

:

you're truly there is when you figure it

out, you know And when I tell you spain

295

:

was so food allergy friendly They had

a allergy menu almost at every place.

296

:

We went to there was only One or

two places where I was like, oh

297

:

no, like I cannot eat here Like

I do not feel safe, but overall

298

:

spain's food is absolutely amazing.

299

:

I still dream of this bacalao

that we had in Madrid.

300

:

It's whitefish, it's a very

traditional Spanish fish.

301

:

It's absolutely amazing, divine, truly.

302

:

I love seafood, so I was literally

living for all the seafood

303

:

we were devouring in Spain.

304

:

And then San Miguel's market had

this amazing bacalao empanada.

305

:

Oh my god, I still dream of

that empanada to this day.

306

:

Our last day in Barcelona, we went

to a place that Alexandra from Off

307

:

to the Race has recommended to us.

308

:

And we had paella, amazing.

309

:

The best paella of our whole trip.

310

:

So, so good.

311

:

So I would say in Madrid, it was

the empanadas and the bacalhau.

312

:

And then in Barcelona, it was the paella.

313

:

Absolutely amazing.

314

:

How was it meeting Logan?

315

:

Did you enjoy yourself?

316

:

I really did enjoy myself.

317

:

Meeting Logan was one of

the best and most memorable

318

:

experiences from the entire trip.

319

:

I think William's fan zone was

my favorite part of the trip.

320

:

It was just such a magical

day, and I know I keep saying

321

:

magical, but it truly, truly was.

322

:

And it goes back to the lesson that

I mentioned in the last episode

323

:

of kindness really goes a long way.

324

:

It's something that I will never forget.

325

:

Logan Sargent is one of the

sweetest and nicest people I've

326

:

ever met in my entire life.

327

:

He's so genuine and down to earth,

and even though I met him for

328

:

literally, like, 10 to 15 seconds.

329

:

It was one of the most memorable

15 seconds in my life because he

330

:

was just so kind to me and to my

friends and I will never forget that.

331

:

If you have a chance to go to the

Williams fan zone, I definitely

332

:

recommend going because the

Williams fan zone is top notch.

333

:

It's elite.

334

:

It's iconic.

335

:

Like you can't get any better than that.

336

:

And they truly, truly do

care about their fans.

337

:

How many of the drivers did you meet?

338

:

I met Logan, so I met one F1 driver.

339

:

I then met all the Williams Academy

drivers, so I met Leah, I met

340

:

Zach, I met Franco, and I met Luke.

341

:

And then I met around, I want to say

it was six of the F1 Academy drivers.

342

:

I did not meet Bianca.

343

:

I know a lot of people have

been asking me that on TikTok.

344

:

She was not there for the fan stage Q& A.

345

:

for the F1 Academy drivers, but I met all

the F1 Academy drivers that were there for

346

:

that session and they were so, so nice.

347

:

A standout for me was Lola,

the Charlotte Tilbury driver.

348

:

I was really excited to meet her.

349

:

What is a must do when you go to Spain?

350

:

I think if you are going to Madrid,

we didn't get to do this, but we were

351

:

staying close to it, so we were able

to at least see the outside, was the

352

:

Royal Palace, and if you don't get to

go to the Royal Palace, I definitely

353

:

recommend going to the Prado Museum.

354

:

Now, I'm not a big museum

person, but the Prado Museum

355

:

was actually very eye opening.

356

:

I really enjoyed it, and I didn't

think I was, so if you go to Madrid,

357

:

I would definitely recommend.

358

:

Doing oh and a flamingo show you have

to do a flamenco show while you were

359

:

in madrid Like you just have to it's a

necessity So I would say a flamenco show

360

:

the royal palace if you can get tickets

If not, I would go to the prado museum.

361

:

If you are in Barcelona, I definitely

recommend going to Sagrada Familia.

362

:

It is absolutely jaw droppingly stunning.

363

:

How was the trip there and back?

364

:

Let me tell you, flying with a

severe food allergy is always a

365

:

risk and it's always a gamble.

366

:

You never know what type of

service you're going to get.

367

:

Unfortunately, fortunately, I don't

even know how you should classify this.

368

:

I was able to experience both

the bad and the good in this.

369

:

So any of my food allergy

listeners, this one's for you.

370

:

Okay.

371

:

So I flew on British airways operated

through American airlines out of the

372

:

Miami international airport to Madrid.

373

:

Now usually with an allergy of my

severity, I have to have an EpiPen,

374

:

everything like that, they are

supposed to allow you to pre board

375

:

so you can wipe down your seats.

376

:

And there also should be an option

for you to have some type of safe

377

:

meal because on an international

flight, they give you meals.

378

:

I had the knowledge going in that

usually, most likely, airlines

379

:

do not care about food allergies.

380

:

And that's a hard truth to swallow, but

that is the reality of the situation,

381

:

and I'm used to it, unfortunately.

382

:

So I knew I had to bring some

type of food with me on there.

383

:

Thank God I did, because one,

I was not able to pre board

384

:

when I asked all my questions.

385

:

When originally When we booked

our tickets that they said, don't

386

:

worry, you'll be able to preboard.

387

:

You'll be able to have a meal.

388

:

Like we'll label it, everything like that.

389

:

Everything they said they were

going to do, they did not do for me.

390

:

So it was very frustrating because

I was on a nine hour flight

391

:

and I didn't have any safe food

that they could provide to me.

392

:

So thank God, you know, I'm used to

this and I brought my own snacks.

393

:

But still, I should not

be in a situation where.

394

:

The airline can't even allow me

to preboard to wipe down my seats.

395

:

Like that's Mind boggling to me.

396

:

So that was the most

frustrating thing going there.

397

:

Coming back We flew out from

Barcelona to Miami amazing experience.

398

:

They allowed me to pre board and

when I went to ask that question and

399

:

just like let them know again about

my allergy, I was very hesitant that

400

:

anything would come out of it because

we all knew the success I had in Miami.

401

:

So I was like, oh, whatever, like I'm

just gonna tell them cause, you know,

402

:

I need to make sure I'm safe, but I

know they're probably not gonna follow

403

:

the rules that they're supposed to.

404

:

To my surprise, They allowed

Danny and I to pre board and

405

:

they had safe meals for me.

406

:

Multiple safe meals for me.

407

:

And it was amazing.

408

:

And we had bought food at the

airport because of the total

409

:

chaos it was for Miami for me.

410

:

So we had more food than we needed.

411

:

Which is always a great problem to

have, at least with a food allergy,

412

:

to have more options than none.

413

:

But it was very refreshing

to see the different type of

414

:

service that I was provided.

415

:

Leaving Miami, I was definitely dismissed.

416

:

They could not care less about me.

417

:

Leaving Barcelona, I was taken care of,

my safety was a priority for them, and I

418

:

was able to enjoy my flight comfortably.

419

:

That is the realities of having a severe

food allergy and no one giving a shit.

420

:

But, anyway.

421

:

What's your go to race day gear?

422

:

Well, definitely not jean shorts

as I've learned from experience.

423

:

I definitely was more comfortable

on Friday and Saturday when I was

424

:

wearing more of that breathable

material that athleisure wear.

425

:

On Sunday The top I was wearing was fine.

426

:

It was breathable It was the furious

motorsports jersey with the cute

427

:

little like white sports bra if I

could have worn biker shorts or

428

:

maybe some type of breathable skirt

something more breathable than those

429

:

really short jean shorts I should have.

430

:

I think if you're going to a grand

prix, especially if it's going to

431

:

be somewhere like miami or barcelona

or texas Where it's going to be

432

:

extremely, extremely hot, I would not

recommend wearing anything jean like.

433

:

I would recommend leaning more towards

the breathable, airy, light fabrics

434

:

like athleisure wear or like a cute

little sundress, cute little skirt.

435

:

I was the most comfortable I think

on Saturday where I was wearing the

436

:

checkered top and little orange skirt

with my spandex shorts underneath.

437

:

Beautiful, comfortable,

breezy, uh, amazing.

438

:

Sunday, my only downfall

was the jean shorts.

439

:

So, I would stay away from jeans.

440

:

And sneakers.

441

:

Comfortable sneakers.

442

:

They are gonna get dirty,

so just be aware of that.

443

:

But wear sneakers.

444

:

Wear closed toed shoes.

445

:

Don't wear sandals.

446

:

Do not wear sandals.

447

:

Absolutely not.

448

:

What to expect when going to a race.

449

:

Well, you're gonna walk a lot,

so bring comfortable shoes,

450

:

try to stay away from white.

451

:

I wore my customized Lando Norris

shoes that Dani made for me, and I'll

452

:

link her studio actually in the show

notes below for you guys to check

453

:

it out, but they were white high

tops, and they definitely got dirty.

454

:

So, I would maybe try to stay away

from white shoes, but definitely

455

:

something comfortable to walk in

because you are going to be walking

456

:

It's lots and lots of walking.

457

:

Sunscreen.

458

:

It is very very hot and I thought

coming from central florida I would

459

:

be used to the hot Barcelona heat

is a completely different story.

460

:

It just sticks to you

like how it is in Arizona.

461

:

It's just very, very humid and

it's sticky and you're just there.

462

:

So, sunscreen and fans.

463

:

If I would have brought a

portable fan or even like a

464

:

hand fan, would have been great.

465

:

Your chargers, because

your phone will be dying.

466

:

A charger, a Sharpie that works.

467

:

That would be really nice so when you

meet drivers and everything, they can sign

468

:

your stuff, you'll have a pen for them.

469

:

So make sure your Sharpie works.

470

:

speaking from experience.

471

:

But I, I had some really good

friends that let me use their

472

:

Sharpies, so we're all good.

473

:

And water.

474

:

Water, water, water.

475

:

A reusable water that is

allowed in the circuit.

476

:

Because I know Barcelona, we had a

lot of rules where it was like, the

477

:

aluminum, metallic, some stuff like that.

478

:

People weren't able to bring those nice

reusable cold thermos ones because of

479

:

the water bottle itself, that material

wasn't like allowed in our circuit.

480

:

So definitely make sure you check

out the rules and bring a water

481

:

bottle that you're able to fill up.

482

:

That is allowed.

483

:

So check the rules water and food.

484

:

Make sure that your circuit

allows you to bring food.

485

:

Barcelona luckily

allowed us to bring food.

486

:

So we packed sandwiches, we packed chips,

I think we packed candy at one point.

487

:

I don't really remember, but we

brought food with us because the

488

:

prices are absolutely insane.

489

:

And if you have food allergies, I can't

promise you that everything would be safe.

490

:

So I always bring my snacks, but

definitely, definitely bring your

491

:

food because it is expensive.

492

:

And those are probably the biggest

things to expect for a race.

493

:

And my last question is,

interesting things that happened

494

:

during your stay in race week.

495

:

And to that I will say, my TikTok has

all the interesting stories in the last

496

:

episode, because we definitely do not

have a lot of time to go into every

497

:

single interesting and crazy thing

that happened to me on my Spain trip.

498

:

So make sure to check out last week's

episode, Fangirl Confessions, Spanish

499

:

Grand Prix edition, and check out my

TikTok page, because there are videos on

500

:

there that are not on my Instagram, and

they're there On TikTok for a reason.

501

:

So, make sure to go check them out.
